It has been 2 months and 5 days in United Kingdom.
The fact that i actually got the second largest room in the whole Victoria House (my boarding house) still makes me grateful. (Also including the fact that two Malaysian girls in the same batch has the largest and we visit them all the time) When i first arrived here, i was still worried about how i am going to get my SUPER heavy luggage up the stairs D: Or down. When they said i had the one on the new block, i was like 'oh cool'. And that i didn't have to hoist it up the stairs? OHMYGOD SUPERB!
I actually liked the idea of walking to school and for meals everyday. Until my ankle starts to hurt D: Nope, i still do like it. Just that when i have to carry a whole lot of books and a heavy bag (like a noob) the idea of walking doesnt sound that nice anymore. I know that there has to be something wrong with the way i walk. Because i ALWAYS slipped and slid that time the pavements were covered with ice.
The saddest thing about coming to this school, is that we might never get a refined British accent .__. We have so damn many Malaysians for our AS January group :D I like how some of the other nationalities are also getting our Manglish accent xD Still, learning how to swear in different language is one of the fun part, but i never seemed to remember them, so oh well~ I know that whenever i chat with my roommate at a public place, we would usually use Bahasa Malaysia, which is so useful when exchanging secrets ;P
Knowing the kind of person that i am, im not actually succeeding in making new friends, especially with students from other courses and seniors. At least, im glad to hear someone say i am nice to talk to. (: Even though he mentioned how hard it was for him to talk to me for the first few weeks D: I noticed that my college mates do speak to me, but never often. Fortunately, i have my roommate, who are similar to me in many unusual ways, and our 'neighbors' who often come over, and we will also go to their room and crap and gossip xD sometimes we do homework and study together and ask each other questions (: It's a nice kind of friendship. And i sometimes do hope that we four would be roommates forever, which is never possible.
To be honest, it didnt really felt like a big thing, being in England. I was feeling darn normal, not much of excitement. But now gradually, i feel the freedom. It is like i can go wherever i want, and my mom didnt really object. She even ask me to go buy fruits often :D So cute of her.
Not much of a change in character yet. I really really want to go around Northampton by myself, or go anywhere on train by myself. Somehow, from the start there is always people accompanying me to town and places, im losing my independence D: Nevertheless, i am still on my own, in many ways and many times. So, i will learn (:
Till here for the meantime, i will blog alot during Easter break, which is around 3 weeks. And two lonely weeks to spend with myself :/
我, 在我同房面前第一次哭到蛮惨的...
因为我不小心发现到, 我的姑妈在我们开心地庆祝农历新年时
已经去世了......
虽然说，不是很亲近很亲近的一个姑妈
但是，我还是知道她经过了很多很多.....
又是看医生，又是护理的
还是抵抗不了癌症。
为什么?
庆幸也有很多人找回了生命，
但是我姑妈就是不幸运的一个....
至少，她不再受苦。
